Mubarak president Tan Sri Abdul Aziz Abdul Rahman said a partnership proposal with Bank Rakyat, which has an efficient Ar-Rahnu islamic pawn-broking service, will be looked into soon.

"We want those who have been in the cooperative for a long time to venture into Ar-Rahnu, we are also enhancing our traditional activities such as printing," he told reporters after the Federal Territory Mubarak Cooperative annual general meeting here Saturday.

He said the cooperative plans to venture into the property sector in the Federal Territory.
